Main Characteristics of Common Rail System of Engine: Diesel engine common rail electronically controlled fuel injection technology is a new technology, because it integrates computer control technology, modern sensor detection technology and advanced fuel injection structure in a body. It can not only achieve higher injection pressure, realize the control of the injection pressure and fuel injection quantity, but also realize the pre injection and post injection, so as to optimize the fuel injection characteristics, reduce the noise of the diesel engine and greatly reduce the emissions of waste gas. The main feature of the technique is: 1.Using advanced electronic control device and equipped with high speed solenoid valve, the control of fuel injection process is very convenient and controllable parameters; 2.By common rail injection system, fuel injection system pressure fluctuation is small, the injection nozzle is small, the injection pressure control precision is higher, the fuel injection quantity control is more accurate; 3.High speed solenoid valve of high frequency response, flexible control, the fuel injection system of injection pressure adjustment range, and can easily realize the pre injection and post injection and other functions, for the optimization of diesel engine fuel injection law, improve its performance and provides an effective means to reduce the exhaust emissions.4.System structure is easy to be transplanted and adapted to a wide range, unlike other electronic fuel injection systems, which have special requirements for the structure of the diesel engine, especially the high pressure common rail system.
