We built a researching team for researching bending die and forming die.We are not only do some research in CNC Pipe Bender,but also do a lot research in bending die and forming die in past 10 years. We analyze the relationship between material of pipe and material of bending die and forming die to find service life, precision, stable and other key technology of bending die and forming die.One side of pipe is compressed and easily come wrinkle, but the other side is stretched and easily become thinner while bending pipe, we are researching method to reduce wrinkle and wall thickness. Bending die and forming die are widly used in automotive or automotive parts compnay,such as Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-benz, GM, Cummins,etc.
