Heavy Duty Pipe Bender-Without Bending Arm Style, CNC Pipe Bender, which controlled by PC based industrial computer,uses special softwares and technology. They are driven by multi-axis of servo motors and servo hydraulics. Advanced automatic functions, such as feeding,angle rotating, tooling change, read drawings, edit and modify programs,self-correcting rebound data, self-correcting elongation data, material loadingand unloading, inspecting tubes, failure diagnose, are available in these machines. They are mainly used in ship building, ocean engineering,petrol-chemical industry, boiler, nuclear industry and so on. Max. capability of this series of machines is OD 450 mm with min. radius 1.5D. The machineis able to bend thin/thick wall tubes and alloy tubes into complex 3D partwithout heating.
