Main Features：

Ø  Control the movement of the machine through PLC and switch buttons.

Ø  Hydraulic plane semi-automatic pipe bender, can be very quick to complete a plane bend processing.

Ø  Through artificial transposition and other auxiliary methods, it can also bend 3D tubes.

Ø  It can be used for moving trolley, and can easily bend 3D tubes of high quality (suitable for models below 75mm).

Ø  One stack tooling, and the clamping automatically completes the machining of one elbow at a time.

Ø  Bending shaft, main clamp, secondary clamp, auxiliary push, mandrel and so on are driven by oil cylinder.

Ø  Has the automatic hydraulic auxiliary push and the automatic hydraulic mandrel function.

Ø  Mandrel has the function of returning the mandrel in advance.

Ø  Auxiliary push with the bending function.

Ø The usual bending radius should be one to five times the outer diameter of the tube, can be increased as needed.

Ø  Can bend carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other materials, solid or hollow can be processed.

Ø The actual bending radius is determined according to the tooling selected by the customer.

Ø  The machine needs to install tooling to realize bending of pipe/tube.

Ø  Changing the tooling can realize bending square, rectangle, H, C, H, shaped profiles.

Ø  Standard models are equipped with mechanical loading device and mechanical length positioning device.

Ø  The standard model uses Chinese and English operation, can choose more language operation function.

Ø  Input processing data, the system will automatically check and warn the error situation.

Ø  The bending control program is stored in the control system and called at any time.

Ø  Separate pedal control switch for remote operation.

Ø  Password protection can be set to prevent unauthorized personnel to modify the processing procedures and operate the machine.
