King-Mazon provides you with precision bending of large diameter tubes for ships, boilers, chemical industry and so on. Bending of large diameter tubes is difficult in many ways, for example, the amount of rebound varies greatly. In the King-Mazon project, it was proposed for the first time to study the effects of relative bending radius, bending speed and pipe diameter on material properties, and to establish a corresponding mathematical model to describe the changes in material properties during the bending process, so as to provide theoretical support for the formulation of cold bending process for large-diameter tubes.King-Mazon has broken through a number of key technologies by introducing foreign advanced metal tube plastic forming technology and relying on the advantageous platform of  King-Mazon's National Postdoctoral Research Station. Our tubes use advanced computer control system to control the movement of the machine, effectively improve the quality and production efficiency of engineering tube/pipe processing, save the production cost, and seek benefits for users.
